Thank you for shopping and for your constant love and support! We strive to make our customers feel and look good! With that being said, even we sometimes miss things. If for any reason you need to make a return or an in store exchange, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will be more than willing to help remedy the issue!

You can find our return policy below that will outline the how's, what's, and why's concerning making online and in store returns. If you have any other questions that are left unanswered after reading, don't hesitate to contact us at our email. Our return form is also located at the bottom of this page, which will allow you to notify us of a return you want to start. Be sure to double check your spam or junk folder for our response back.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

Please be sure to DOUBLE CHECK your ADDRESS at checkout. If the package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, you as the customer will have to pay for the shipping back to your correct address. If the package is addressed incorrectly and ends up at that address, it is up to the customer to retrieve the package.

Boutique 33 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local post office if a package says it is delivered but you have yet to receive it, or if you have any other issues.

  • If a discount code of 30% or more is used on any order, that order is considered final sale.


  • All clearance items are final sale.


  • There is a 20% restock fee on shoes only. This is to ensure we can handle the return properly.


  • If a return does not meet our policy, we reserve the right to send it back to the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS

ONLINE RETURNS eligibility

TIME FRAME:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

CONDITION:

• Items must be unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached and free of damages by customers. This includes but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, mildew scent, etc. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag. Sunglasses must be unworn and unscratched and in their original box with all accessories included as well.

NON-RETURNABLES:

• Final sale & clearance items, gift cards, intimate apparels, beanies, hats, socks, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, hair accessories, face masks, makeup, and sun lotions are not returnable due to hygiene precautions.

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original forms of payment. If original form is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

RETURN PROCESS

INITIATE RETURN:

SHIPPING:

• Pack the items securely and include the return form.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUND METHOD:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated, within 7-10 days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS REPORT:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

RESOLUTION:

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

IN-STORE RETURNS

CONDITION:

• Items must be unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached and free of damages by customers. This includes but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, mildew scent, etc. Shoes may be returned but must be unworn and in the orginal box.

Sunglasses must be unworn and unscratched and also in their original box with all accessories included. You must have the original receipt.

NON-RETURNABLES:

IN STORE:

  • Bring the item and receipt to our store for a return or exchange.
  • Ensure you have the original receipt.

REFUND METHOD:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit within 7-10 days of receiving the return.

PROCESSING TIME:

• Refunds will be processed immediately upon return, but it may take 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS REPORT:
